I assume these are fine for women to wear too even though they are men's jackets? I don't mind looking like a man if the jacket is a cool one with patches on.
Onny im sure you'll look good in anything.
I like the rank idea, but the bf3 ranks are pointless. we should come up with different patches. and maybe we can vote on it. see who gets what patch? we just need to come with them.
Sorry to be the odd one out, but I was of the opinion that the badge would be small and on the arm? I really prefer minimalistic.
Irrespective of the logo, I don't know about a massive cross-back badge... Might be just me?
I am with Phats on this one. (I like the logo, btw)
Not sure how we are all envisaging all the different types of logos/badges, where they will go, how big/small they are going to be.
But anyway, I think the jacket and badges thing is probably one of the most brilliant ideas the clan has had and we will be the envy of many clans and random peeps at rAge.
In my view, the intent of this jacket is as a clan affiliation. It's not a jacket that is primarily for everyday use (although it certainly can be). The plan was to be issuing patches for every significant GRRR event, which means that the jacket would end up being covered with patches over time.
Phats, I get the minimalist thing, you're not into major decoration on your clothes. However, this jacket is about being in GRRR. It's about wearing it to rAge, and being recognised for your affiliation.
I think that a large clan logo is very much the way to go. The individual patches for rAge events, clan achievements, Baggers membership, etc. can obviously be a lot smaller, but they are going to become pretty numerous over time.
