Im really glad we're all on the same page and understand what it takes to win. It's not mad skiels or luck, it's preparation and patience.

Yea I saw them all and with that post and the team experience on the maps you guys can just jump in and go for it.

One thing I would like to change in the strats is everyone should be wearing the Desert cammo. It looks the best IMO and I want us looking our best when we win :)

Seriously I think we should try j0nny's suggestion of each squad member saying what their function is i.e

At the start I go with XYZ to ABC
My role is to attack/defend/Stay alive

SOmething simple like that,if you can't give two sentences like that, then you don't know what you are doing and why you are in the game.

Agreed.

Hahaha... the ranger camo is best for urban maps - desert khaki for desert maps - veteran's kit for jungle.

OK I am super psyched for todays game. Prac was good last night, we learnt the value of defense on Sienne and to not go rambo.

The game starts at 8:00 so if we could all be available from 7:00 or 7:30 latest. Best would be if everyone was ready at 7:15, we recount our roles for each match. Migrate to the server at about 7:30 to get into our squads, then pwn from 8:00

I will be wearing Spec Ops Black so as to facilitate me hiding in dark corners like a frightened child so the bad men can't get me.

One more thing, Lee/Hubris can we set our server up to have the DGL rules (check especially the insta spawn as that was on last night). This is just in case the SOD server is laggy.

Ofc, I'll do it when I get home tonight Paul.

J0nny I'm really keen to see what the beacon will do for us in terms of keeping a presence in B! I was thinking that a semi-auto with silencer might not be a bad idea, something like the QBB or SKS. Something you can get mobile with if need be.

If you roll with the PKA 3.4x zoom there is no dope glint and you get good ads zoom. The longer we can keep you there just picking the odd fool off before he can tell where you are, the better! Please just take ownership of ensuring guys don't give it's position away.

The brilliance of that beacon spot is amazing. It's completely in the shadows and almost out of earshot. It also gives you a good lay up for pone shoring into B, shooting down the rocks passages and a decent spawn point for engineers and C4 on the enemy tank.

You could also plant it at their back flag when they cotton on. Win dude. Oh ya don't forget the magnum and all nipper rifles use big boy rounds which means you can shoot mines. Use that spot to scope out the route for our tank!

Will do - gonna jump on before the match to find a good cobra commando spot which isn't on top of the beacon. For future use in clannies in case I don't make the team - when you place the beacon at that spot, you need to be facing towards the central alleys so that the red light on the beacon is masked. That way, the light faces the corner, and because it is elevated, the body of the beacon masks the light from the peripheries.

Will try out guns, but generally I use the AS VAL or a silenced M98B - the M98 still owns at range and is a 1 shotter in CQB. I like the idea of the 3.4 scopez0r :p sycho:

The 3.4x scope is wicked cool, been using it on the SV98 and it pwns and close to medium range. Obviously you won't be shooting across caspian with it but that is not needed for the league

J0no, I'd suggest trying the SKS with an ACOG. It's a superb medium - long range weapon, and extremely accurate. The M98B might leave you a little exposed with it's single shot capabilities.

The SKS has become my weapon of choice of late, it's a superb assault rifle when properly configured.
