Re: Match 4 December: Nutz vs Baggers at 20:30
Hi Thor, had some issue on Friday and Saturday. Sorted.
Herewith the strats.
1. We only have 7 players, so all the Nutz will have a game. The Danglers will provide a substitute to make it 8 players.
2. Commander for the Metro map will be Cronos, while the commander for Damavand will be Tyger.
3. Squad make ups, both rounds:
Alpha Squad:
- Cronos (Squad leader / Commander for Metro)
- Geth
- Tyger (Squad leader / Commander for Damavand)
- Shadey
Bravo Squad
- Fly (Squad Leader / both rounds)
- Skoups (Armour in Damavand)
- Ice (Spanner monkey for Damavand)
- BAGGER
4. Strategy for Metro:
- Everybody make a run for Bravo flag (both squads need to ensure that they have one person with Sqd sprint) and We make a stand at Bravo flag. Listen to Cronos commands for any deviation to that general strategy. As I am the worst infantry player of all, I will act as the dedicated medic guy and will also cap the first flag closest to our base before moving on to defend. EVERYBODY else needs to get themselves on "B" as soon as possible.
5. Strategy for Damavand.
- Tyger will be given a chance to play commander so let's listen to his commands.
- I will take the armour Fly / Ice, if you guys are not in the chopper, please help me to keep the armour alive.
- Fly / Ice will be the dedicated chopper dudes. A key advantage that I can see with regard to the chopper is that could enable us to get a spawn beacon possitioned behind the mountain (close to their base) in a secure position. Whoever is in the chopper, that will be your first priority, get a spawn beacon out there in safety before you start capping flags. (as soon as the flags start flickering, they will come back).
- I think the baggers will make a run for the middle flag with as many people as possible, let them take that flag. Our strategy is that Alpha squad go to our closest flag, cap that, and then move slowely (securly) over to Bravo flag. Expect a lot of resistance from the Baggers that would have reached the flag already and settling themselves in for a defence. Bravo squad all get into the chopper, at least 3 recon guys, and fly takes us over the mountain as quickly as possible, we plant three spawn beacons spread out everywhere. Once the spawn beacons is planted, then we cap the back flag (which I think will be defended by only 2 or 3 people max. When we cap it, we need to cap it quickly with the whole of bravo on the flag. I am hoping that at this stage alpha squad will be in a good position to have most of the danglers committed, which means Bravo squad can take it to them in the back.
- This strategy have a high chance of failure, I think if it works, it is going to be beautifull, but once that strategy is done, we need to listen to exactly what Tyger requires of both squads. When I die, then I will go and collect the armour in the base, but apart from that, let's listen to Tyger.
I am sorry that I am posting this so late, I just had some issues that I needed to resolve first.

Hi Daz,
looking at the amount of people that has signed up, you will have to be there if you are available
