I wish there was some online stats tracker where we could see all the levels of our characters (updated) to plan groups and so on. Only way I see is to open the kinship menu ingame.

If you created a new character, it won't show up on MyLOTRO until we turn the data services back on. The transition has only just begun. In a few weeks we'll enable the my.lotro.com service (all data updates are turned off for ALL players, US and EU) and your information will begin to update.
