Yeah, and as I stated previously before the signups, things are getting hectic - thought I had managed to finish at just after 7pm last night and got recalled only finishing at after 10 some time...this unfortunately is going to become more the norm @ work for a couple of weeks as the 'rushed' proposals that were signed and accepted in November/December are now in the 'equipment arrived' and Telco lines now installed phase.

ie. this is when multple projects need to get installed simultaneously, so things are hectic and I cannot guarantee I'll even make practices @ the moment. Soz guys, feel swak, but I did say this upfront, if I'm lucky enough to get a gap where I'm not working, I'll join in - fer shoh!

Hey guys, just as a note.

I am running some night classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. This means that if there isnt delays I should normally be online at about 7:30 on both of these days. Hope that wont be a issue ?

I'll attend pracs as much as i can. Work i keeping me busy this year as i started working in Canal Walk so every 2nd week i'm working till 9pm, but will be on as soon as i get home. when i work early i'll be able to join every prac and game.

lets kick some sorry balls and have fun in the leagues, i know we have the skills to get far (for me i still need to improve on that, but getting there since i have been playing with you ladies and i am greatful for that), but lets get the g-strings out of a knot, fingers out of our asses and lets get to the taggin and baggin

I am cool with that. The only issue is that Sunday is usually the day most players (in our clan and others) are available.

So in theory I agree but is might be problematic in practise. To simplify it lets just say Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday are BF3 nights, then you organise the game and let us know which day it is on

GUy what is everybodies feels on sunday nights as game night.

Because out practice nights are now Monday Tuesday Wednesday, i feel having our games on Sunday night is kinda silly as, all the prac we have done in the week is kinda out the window by Sunday.
Also there is the weekends getting drunk and hung ova and all that problem.

What if we tried to arrange all our league games for Wednesday or Tuesday nights.
That way Sunday becomes a start of the prac week, and we build towards the game on Wednesday nigth.

What everyone's feeling?

Heheh! Prem Div! LOVE IT! Let's make an impression, gents. We are not on the same level as the top teams in Prem, but overwhelming odds never stopped a grrr team from giving it their ballsiest best.

With regards to everything posted here so far: It's time to settle down, attend pracs, listen to Tyger, and enjoy the ride. If you feel you need more practice (I definitely do), organise it via PM/Mumble with 2 or 3 other team members and hit a pub server with an objective. We don't necessarily need another organised practice night with everybody there in order to benefit. I'll chat to Duck and post a thread letting people know when we're getting it on on the pub servers so y'all can join us.

Yes and it starts off with being on time for prac. We usually practise for 1.5- 2hrs but in actual fact we are lucky to get 1 hour because of late arrivals and messing around.

If prac is at 8, then we are starting squad rush at 8 or going through strats at 8. It doesn't mean arrive at 8:00/8:10, tk for a bit and get going at 8:30

We can still have fun even if we take this seriously, it doesn't need to be a chore.

I think BFC might contest their demotion which would mean (if successful) we would be in 1st Div but either way we need to being the intensity and seriousness to out prac and play in order to do well

Well the thing is I have probably been involved in about 2 pubs with purpose in my grrr career. We can't just talk about it we need to recognise that the way we pub is wrong and fundamentally change our approach to it. I really agree with both of you, I'm sick and tired of being negative about this team but we do have some shortcoming to admit to. We ALL need to realise the challenges we face and commit to overcoming them, NOW, not tomorrow. This whole fun practice thing needs to come to an end, practices are for improving not for dickin about.

LOL none taken. Just being realistic.. I'm sure we are already humble because the other clans gave us a showing. Being positive yes thats good, but thats also what a Psychiatrist tells some one that fails at life. The only thing thats gonna make a difference is dedication and being serious about it. Thats playing op pubs with a purpose and not just playing for one's own KD (I know I'm guilty of that) Being proactive on the forums and posted strats ect.

Russian FUCK off..... with an attitude like this you and the team won't get far, stop being negative and MAN UP !!!

If the whole team starting to be more positive and boost each other then things will go better, we have the skillz you right, but our attitude needs to be right before our skillz can make a difference..

Cockiness isn't gonna go far now, we need to stay humble and be focused, the top guys like Bvd and ASF may be cocky because they have proven themselves, we still learning!!!!

Not going of @ you, but reaaly think that we have to become more professional.
