I will open up the grrr webpage, which has all the detail character stats once they have finished fixing the data.lotro.com thing:

If you created a new character, it won't show up on MyLOTRO until we turn the data services back on. The transition has only just begun. In a few weeks we'll enable the my.lotro.com service (all data updates are turned off for ALL players, US and EU) and your information will begin to update.
