Ion I am sympathetic to your cause, you, without a connection, are still active and involved. I hope I have at least been clear about that.

I love you all, have fun at rage.

Its not just about clan matches dude, in 2 years exactly how much have we seen of Rob on this forum?
There are a few members who only show up every 3 months to post "RL is taking all my time, sorry" every time we send them PM's saying "Where the fuck are you?" Its nothing personal, I like every member in this clan but if you cant get involved then what the fuck are you doing in the clan? Ion, who has no connection at home, has been more active than in the past month than Rob was over 2 years.

Yes RL shows its ugly head and we have to work/spend time with the Mrs/Mr etc etc but if RL has been taking ALL your time over the past 2 years then exactly how are you going to contribute to the clan? Exactly what are you gaining from being in the clan?

FOKALL!

If I am agro on this issue its cos we have AWESOME members who have continually failed to show up and be a part of what is an awesome clan.
They've got the membership, they've got an internet connection and they've got FOKALL excuse.

It has taken me a long time to come up with the right things to say about all this.

Here they are :

WTF

So you dont play in clan matches. So what ? There are lots of grrr members in the same boat! Should they go too ??????

Now before any admin or member gets his/her underwear in a twist ...... grrr is about a group of friends playing games, having fun and sometimes taking it serioooooously! :D

Rob, in my eyes grrr is in your blood. And you play in the grrr way! Having FUN-FUN-FUN. And loads of :teabag: :teabag: :teabag: action!
And i'm looking forward to playing with you late a night ( Not like jono with young boys) And just having a blast, killing and annoying FiB/BFC/BBH all of those fuckeers.

Best of luck Friend!

Rob, I hope that you won't take my post here as any kind of personal attack on you. In the times that we've squadded together on the public servers, you're always seemed to be a really cool guy, and I'd like nothing better than for you to be an active member of the clan (especially considering that you pwn me plenty on the public servers).

The point is rather that being a nice guy isn't related to being in a clan. Being in a clan implies making a commitment to get involved in clan activities. We could really use your involvement, should you choose to commit, at least as far as signing up for clannies whenever real life permits, and contributing on the forum on a regular basis.

I see that you've now resigned from the clan, and I am genuinely sorry to see you go. I hope that someday in the future your situation changes, and you would fancy reapplying to join as an active member - maybe when the next BF game arrives?

Regardless, I wish you well, and hope that we can still squad up on the public servers in the future (rather than you kicking my arse all over the server ;) ).

Hmmm, just realised that your 'pryfart' forum rights may have been removed, so I'll PM this to you as well as posting it.

We are a family. We play together, we laugh and cry together and we sort things out together, whatever they may be.

A family keeps in touch with each other. They get involved and commit themselves to the various activities - its what makes the family function.

Being part of a family means you have a responsibility to it and to each other.

Just a thought....

The right thing would be you quitting your job, sending your wife off to work and spending time with your clan mates!
