So Jessica "WondaWoman" Bryden is coming to CT this weekend to enjoy the remarkable friendliness and hospitality of the French High Commission. Jarrod has kindly offered his place up for a braai on Saturday, so let's see who's keen so we know how many fatted calves to slaughter. This is a chance for all Kaapie Grrrbians to impress a War Geek from the tiny fishing village of Port Elizabeth. She assures me she has mentally prepared herself for the idea of horseless carriages etc, but if she's anything like the other girls from the remote colonies, she'll prob show up in a grass skirt and not much else, so party on!
Meat, beer, excellent conversation, swimming pool, WAGs welcome blah blah.
Please RSVP in this thread if you're keen.

I'm at a Lee Morrison seminar on Friday and Saturday. But I will deff pull though bruised and battered will confirm the seminar times and then edit post.
As I feared:
Friday 25th May, 6pm until 9pm
Saturday 26th May, 9am until 4pm
P.S. I could pull through after the seminar if the jollifications are still going on!

Jarrod mentioned shipping his young uns off to the grandparents on Sat evening, so if we make it a late arvie start, Stu should be able to join us and not scare the kids.

Sounds Perfick. Ja, the kids will be spending the night with the grandparents on Saturday, so if we do late afternoon, there shouldn't be any distractions.
I can also offer the Stormers/Sharks in HD at 7pm, for those who are interested

Given the lovely weather that we're enjoying in Cape Town at the moment, I'm going to make a slight change to arrangements. I'm not going to do a braai any longer, instead I'll rustle up some decent chow that we can enjoy that I can cook indoors (think pasta, or a stew or somesuch).
As such, please don't bring braai meat with you, unless you want to give it to me as a gift for my freezer

Can I ask that someone sorts out a dessert of some kind? I'll take care of the rest.
