I think that Aim to Kill it the second team because the team that beat us finished top of Cup. The FiB team is their 3rd team. THe other clans I have no clue

If we play well we can top this pool and move up to 2nd Division for Leg3. In all fairness, an "amateur" team like ours probsbly belongs there. Where we end up in Second Divisikn is really up to us, but there is some serious opposition there.

Until we run a second team and a truly "pro" first team, dreams of First Division are (in hindsight) a bit unrealistic. Look at all the teams in Premier and Champions Cups - all except DC have a second team and actively recruit year round to strengthen their teams.

I completely agree with what Hubris has said. The year we performed the best in BF2 we also had a active second team....
We will have to start recruiting more actively if we hope to not stand in the queue at this years rage :p

OK our first match is only in week 2. We get a bye in week 1, so that means we can leave team selection right up until the 30th. Then prepare for the match the following week. Now is the time to shine to get your place in the team.

Come to pracs, make yourself available and you are in

The times are still the same, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8pm. If there is no match then we use the time for prac like we did last night

Ok So it is decision time. We have had some really good pracs and games and I am happy with the level of participation. But unfortunately there are only 12 spots

Based on participation and performance Tyger and Hubris I need you to list the 12 members who will play in leg 2. We only have 4 games and then I assume playoffs again so we can really concentrate and make this happen.

So if you could please list the players and then I will change the squad on Sunday

-Pmurgs
-SlipperyDuck
-Hubris
-Paul

-Onyx
-U2Mx
-Drag
-J0nny

It's very important everyone here plays pickup, if you want someone to show you or do it with you, let me know. I'll be looking to play at least one, maybe two nights of that per week. If you only play two matches per week its great practice.

I'm not kidding, get on the pickups guys! At the end of next week I'm going to go through the team and manage anyone who hasnt given it a go.

Hubris, if you have other available players to drop in to the team, please rather leave me out. I have a very busy work period coming up over the coming month or two, and I'm not sure how often I'll be able to make practices. I'll still be there to help out with resistance when I'm available, with some serious work commitments (and also a desire to sink what little time I have into D3 when it lands), I'm just not going to be as committed as I should be.

I hope that I'm not letting the team down with this decision, but I need to be open about my commitment at this stage.
