OK, so protect Jarrod (keep his login private since it holds the actual account) and still allow us to fiddle with BF3 backend Server Admin; I've created two additional Admin accounts.

These Accounts can fully configure, restart and load MODS if neccessary for our BF3 Server, see below:
*NOTE, I cannot specify login name, rather it assigns a name and I assigned a password and what the account can do.

Sweet Lee! On a side note has any one played on the server lately? I tried to find it the other day but it wasn't showing up on the list

yeah it's weird, sometimes you search for it and it doesnt show. Then you try remove all other filters and search and it IS there.... something not right with the battlelog thing....gonna add it to my Favorites instead.


BTW: you can use PROCON / BF3CC / BFCOMMANDER to admin

YOu can't change/switch to a map using the Web-interface so we need to decide on the best program to use to control the server. This info needs to be shared amoungst us so that we aren't dependant on a person to set up the server. I suggest 2 people per team at least.

I use BF Commander but it seems quite limited. Although easy to use. I suggest Phatso if he has the times, figurs out PROCON , if he is happy with it then gives the rest a bit of a run down.

For just in case as a stand-in back-up for Sheri or Skoups or Baggers:

I downloaded and installed PROCON (on my old pc) and read through the manual and took a tour around the programme and it makes sense (so far). Just wasn't sure if I missed something when it came to the Plug-ins wrt the Map Tab.

Would be nice if I can confirm my limited knowledge and know I am on the right page, should I be needed to assist at any stage.

Ja, I saw those. The Manual covers maps somewhere too and thought it might be relevant, but not.
