BF3 Servers

For anyone who may be concerned about BF3 servers for South Africa (as being discussed on SGS), I received the following email from Wayne at Hypegamez yesterday:
So we will definitely have BF3 servers in SA.
A second question is whether or not we want to hire a server for the clan? We have funds accumulating in the slush fund, so I think it would be a good idea to use some for hosting our own server, especially once things get competitive.
Thoughts? Should we line up our own server now (I can ask Wayne for their costing), or do we want to wait and see what happens? If we do decide to g ahead, I'd also like to ask WAGE if they're going to be renting out servers as they are peered with everyone and thus should give good connection speeds for all (not to mention that WA being my ISP will certainly be good for me).
Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that HypeGamez has been selected to be part of EA's global process to engage with selected RSP's to host local servers for the up and coming BF3 title. Once the process is complete, we will update our website and open pre-orders for BF3 servers. Also, should we be allocated beta keys, we will also update our website with this information.
If you have any questions regarding BF3 or any other game servers, please dont' hesitate to get in touch with me.
Lastly, our hosting provider peers with Mweb & SAIX, so we don't have any lag issues on our game servers. Checkout our website for a list of some of the locally hosted servers http://www.hypegamez.co.za/public_servers.php
Cheers for now.
