ALPHA SQUAD
- Leelo Squad leader
- Cr0nos (j0nny's line is not up so he will be waterboy)
- Voetsek
- Hubris

BRAVO SQUAD
- Paul Squad leader
- pMurgs
- Drag
- NoMaD

Panama Canal
Basically we need to hold 3 flag, B and C are Central so the aim will be to secure those first and then defend them.

As Russians (Spawning near D)

Lee takes quad bike direct to B and the whole of Alpha squad spawns on him to cap the flag. I suggest putting down mines two stop any Armour capping the flag. Alpha's job will be to capture and protect B. Lee can organize the kits but I suggest at least 2 engineers and an Assault with medic/recon

Paul takes the APC from our base and caps D, then moves to central position near C, this will provide cover for both C and B. Murgs takes the second quad and heads to C, Nomad and Drag spawn on Murgs.

The first person to die must spawn at D and get the APC that Spawns, they will then head to where ever is needed, we will have to wing it as they could be need to defend any of the 3 flags we have.

As USA (Spawning near A)

Very similar except the squads will be switched around

Lee takes quad bike direct to C and the whole of Alpha squad spawns on him to cap the flag.

Paul takes the APC from our base and caps A, then moves to central position near B, this will provide cover for both C and B. Murgs takes the second

These might seem very simple but this is our first prac and I don't want to get too complicated we will get more creative as we get used to each other

Arica Harbour
This is our worst map and we usually suffer on it but when we do, do well it is because we are constantly on the move. When we try to defend two flags we invariable get flanked and then out capped because the flags are pretty close.

So there are two options we either move as one unit and go from flag to flag or we play musical flags with the two squads, we can test it out on the day which is better but we basically need to move to which ever flag is controlled by the enemy, that way they can't dig in and fortify their position

For example

Cap A , move to B and Cap, enemy now have C and they move up to B, we let them cap B and we move to C, this forces them to either back peddle or spawn at their Base and recap, we then leave C and cap B, etc.

If we not really a strat as a method of play, we actually don't want to engage them, with 3 flags only on this map, we can win by draining their tickets by holding 2 flags.

Squad leaders will assign kicks but I suggest a 2 medic, 2 Assault Combo or 1 Medic, 1 recon, and 2 Assaults.

Make sure you destroy as many buildings as possible you don't want them hiding it it and taking us out

OK there are 13 teams registered, a couple of good ones at that. I can see atleast 4 teams that we will have to really play well in order to beat.

What map do you guys want to practice against the Adhoc Clan

Conquest - Laguna Alta, White Pass, Atacama Desert, Africa Harbor, Laguna Presa, Panama Canal, Nelson Bay, Port Valdez

Africa Harbour has always been our toughest so I am keen to get some prac on that

Agree with you Paul - Arica is a toughie and good to practice the intense infantry maps for squad play.

Will the tournie include new maps? If so, I reckon a run on each map (both sides) as a clan at some stage would be great.
