Grrr Rage money

Hi Guys
Dont see a thread for money spent for rage this year.
I spent R2243 on all the beers and drinks , the bath hire, paper plates, cups, wood and charcoal.
Will the fund cover this, or should we claim this back from all the people who attended?
Not sure what Grant spent on the meat.

Heya,
The meat was already paid. There were additional costs for mushrooms and other stuff. But no need to refund me...

Traditionally, the fund has subsided the accommodation costs, and paid the food/drink costs in full. As there is no accommodation cost this year, we can certainly cover all of the other costs from the fund.
As Grant mentioned, the meat has already been paid, as has the paintball. Any other costs (complete with receipts) can be sent to me along with bank details and I'll process the refunds. The best approach is to take a photo of the receipt, and whatsapp it to me, along with the details of what it was for, your nick (I don't have everyone on my contacts list unfortunately), and your bank details. I'll send proof of payment by SMS and reply to your whatsapp message when the payment is made.
