Would you please confirm the current state of the fund?

We would then also need to project how much we expect(considering current consistent contributions) to get this year before the annual rage deadline?
Also, was there any record kept 2 years ago on how much was spent when we last used Heatherdale?

Need all this info to try and plan/budget for the year ahead to accommodate the DBN trip and the rage weekend.

We can then keep this thread to track the expenditure.

Current balance is R7168. We still need to give Golli his prize for the beer pong, so take 400 off that.

Difficult to say how much we expect to receive before Feb though, people tend to pay in a large chunk periodically, rather than a regular monthly payment. In truth I haven't checked up on peoples contributions since last year, so I am use that there are people that owe a fair amount.

When I get some time I'll try and do a reconciliation of the account, dunno when I'll get to it though.

I will then assume for now we can bargain on at least the R6768 for the DBN activity and then anything else will be on top of that. Will have to perform a split once we have the broader numbers.
