Golf Day and afternoon drinks

Good day Lads,
This is the topic we need to discuss on, no bantering please.
How many of us, that will defiantly play? Numbers need to be accurate for booking!.
Which golf course would be best for every one?
Which golf course is easy enough for non-players?
Where can the some of the GRRR guys that are not playing golf but would like to come for drinks after meet up?
18 holes or 9 holes?
Starting time for us? mid-afternoon would be best to not hold other four balls up.
