Hi Guys

If you spent any money for the clan as a whole like shared food or drinks, please post the amounts here so we can reconcile.
I know Eggy has an amount, and i think Onny/Mark and Shady bought a few things.

Tyger:
Food Thursday Night: R276.07
Drinks Thursday Night: R895.83
Drinks Friday/Saturday: R1400.50

Phatso:
Drinks Saturday: R496.82

How are we going to sort these costs out?

I can refund people from the slush fund in the interim, but someone needs to work out who was there are specific days and determine how much they should contribute. And then everyone needs to actually make the payments into the fund.

In the interest of cashflow, I will refund people who made contributions. Post the total amount on your slips (because everyone who wants a refund will have kept their slips), and your banking details, and I'll refund you.

I can't collect cash slips, so will take it on faith - we're all trustworthy around here.

Who is going to work out the individual breakdown of costs? I've done it for the last several years, and don't feel particularly inspired to do it again. Especially considering I wasn't there on the Thursday and Friday to determine who was there and what they consumed.

Just a small correction on your booze calc for Saturday.
Amount to add from my expense is only R471.40, not R611.90. Total for Saturday would therefore be R1764.55 .

Mark and I brought our own whiskey and diet cokes all three nights.

We did bring ice but no refund needed.
