I've set up a pool for the World Cup, and invited everyone who took part in the Super Rugby pool. If anyone else wants to join, the pool code is 'soildeer'. The pool name is "grrrugby world cup".
As usual, the prize for the winner is a Steam (or Origin/gog/Battle.net) game of your choice, up to a value of $60.
