Here I've done a quick T-Shirt design back logo for the shirts (if they happen)
Colours 8 - can be adjusted to fit whatever shirt colour is chosen.

We definitely need to do shirts.
My boyfriend does this for a living. He can do silk-screen printing or flock. For silk-screen printing, he is limited to 6 colours though.
If we go for flock (like an iron on print), then any amount of colours would do.
What do you guys think? Want me to get prices? I'll need to know the quantity of shirts and would we have the grrr logo printed on the front?

I would love to get a shirt printed that doesn't feel like a rubber/plastic coating on the shirt. I don't know what method that would be, but I'd be prepared to pay more to get a good quality washable print on top of a good quality cotton T.

6 Colour Screen Print For the WIN !
OK - so reducing down to 6 colour makes almost no difference (in fact the actual colour count is only 5):
