Hi Guys

We have a lot of new members in the clan, and lot guys that are playing different games.
I think we need to have a get together so everyone can get re-acquainted and meet the new guys.

Suggested plan is, a house party in JHB/PTA and one in CT.
We then hook a skype video link so we can have some interaction between the two parties.

We need to decide on a date and venues.

Please we need as many people as possible to make it.

Suggested Dates: 10 or 11th or 24 or 25th April
8 or 9 or 22 or 23 May.

Lets get the ball rolling.

The house will need a table tennis table for the normal activities - Otherwise there will be nothing for Russian to do

Will clarify some of those dates soon, but i think i should be free from all of them. Then i'll see if i can organise my house for pta. Will get back to you.

Then what time of day are we thinking? its weekend so i think should aim at a lekker lunch braai on a sat.

When is the Easter weekend? I am keen it is just I will be away on the easter weekend

Easter weekend is this coming weekend... 3rd to the 6th April

May 8, 9, 22, 23

I can make any time. All I want is a good time and im happy with hooters

April is out for me... I already have plans 10/11 and 24/25 I'll be in Margate.

If it is happening in PTA, then I would prefer a Sat lunch braai like Dry suggested. I am good to go for either May date.
May 9th might be best as 24 May is my bday.

Partner's welcome or exclusively grrr braai?

Honestly, I think 99% of partners would feel really out of place with our mad crowd !
