Comments: From when they launched this product (Aug I believe) till about late September, the line performed well. However, for the past 2-3 months, the quality of the bandwidth has gone to shit. High pings, slow speeds, sometimes 56k modem speeds. The pricing was the competitive point, it gained customers and now it seems they cannot handle the volume. Was great. Is now TERRIBLE. I'd recommend staying away until they sort their shit out. Its a real pity because they try to have good customer service. Unfortunately, you can only apologise for so many mistakes and then you're wasting my time.

Sad to hear that as I was going to get Afrihost after this vox data is finished.

I find Afrihost to be absolutely fine. Could be that their contention ratios are much better in Cape Town.

I have 2Mb uncapped business account, no shaping. And I pretty much always get the full speed (granted it's a slow speed, but itäs the best my copper wires can handle. I'm sure I'll upgrade once I get my fibre line )

No problems.

Mweb 10mb uncapped std, same price as 4mb premium uncapped premium. no issues.

Afrihost, 4mb 50/50 it is much better than the 4mb VOX uncapped account i had.

Have had some issues but mainly during peak times. Other than that it has been stable relatively.
