Hi guys,

Okay, time to work out what everyone owes for last week's party. First up, please can anyone who purchased anything for the group please post the value and detail of what it was, as well as you bank account details for an EFT. We should have a fair amount of cash in the fund to settle most of those accounts.

Then, I'd appreciate it if everyone could post the details of their attendance over the weekend's three main sessions - Thursday Early (before 7pm), Thursday late (7pm onwards), and Saturday. Also, if you aren't going to contribute to any (or all) of these sessions due to not having had much to consume, let me know this too. Finally, a few people gave me cash over the weekend for various things. PLease let me know what cash you gave me, and what it was for.

Once I have all of the above, I'll work out everyone's account, netting off some of the remainder of the slush fund against the bill. I do think we should keep a couple of grand in the fund though, to cater for any emergencies, as well as to give us a kick start for next year.

I need:

- The daily schedule completed only with the names of each person that attended each session
- A separate list of expenditure incurred by clan members
- Bank details for people who spent money
- Notes of any monies that were givene to me personally over the weekend

Without these I can't work it all out/process payments.
