Alrighty, seems we'll have an army of about 15 or so strong.

Drink - Thanks to Sheri and the lads who have offered to do the drinks run. You guys rock!

If you drink a specific type of drink, you are welcome to bring. The list below is a good, well rounded list that caters for 90% of tastes for the Thursday night.

Please don't come and say "OMG GET 5 BOTTLES OF STROH". Its not about that, its about having cost effective, sufficient amounts of drink, for us to have a good time.

Last year the party was good on Thursday, with sufficient drinks so here is the list once again. The leftovers will be drank over the remainder of the weekend.
Please note, this will require a financial contribution by everyone drinking on the Thurs. It should not be more than R200.

• Cider - 1x Case Hunters Dry
  

• Brandy - 2x Bottles Klipdrift
• Gin - 2x Bottles Bombay Sapphire
• Southern Comfort - 1x Bottle
• Captain Morgan Dark Rum - 1x Bottle
  
• Spiced Gold - 2x Bottles

• Tonic Water - 6x Bottles Tonic (AND LIMES)
• Coke - 6x 2l Bottles
• Sprite - 2x 2l Bottles
  

Food - this has not been decided yet. The issue with braaing is getting to the braai area, which we usually only use and requires prep AFAIK, on the Saturday. We did a mass pizza run the one year and that worked great so we can always just go with it? SUGGESTIONS WELCOME.

I can't recall if we have Loerie this year (The double room at the back)? If so, it has a bathtub which we can use. It becomes a bit of an issue on Saturday night though, as the braai area is a long way from the room. We can deal with that on the weekend though.

Loerie also has a braai outside the room which we used last year to make boerie rolls.

I'm very in favour of doing a braai rather than a pizza run, it's easier, and also means that no-one has to drive off drunk to get chow for us. Boerie rolls are nice and easy.

On the booze list, don't you think that only one case of beer is a little light? I don't know how many peeps drink beer, but I'm sure we'll go through more than that?

The shitload of beer I think is more meant for Saturday. But I guess you cant go wrong with more beer.

not sure if 1 x bottle spiced gold cuts it - need to know if others will be drinkin it tho - I know at least 4 peeps that will smash the living shit out of Spiced

I ordered Spice Gold last year and everybody finished the Spice Golf first before I could get any hahaha
