For 3rd party server administration applications, you can use the following remote administration credentials to gain administrator access to your servers:

Your remote administration password for your BF4server is 942842
Your remote administration port and event port is 30070

As a server that is part of the exclusive EA Ranked program, direct access to the server files is strictly prohibited. However, there are tools that are being created by 3rd party developers which will allow you to have direct control of your server beyond what you can do from your GameServers.com control panel.

Is the a procon or some such tool we can use to manage the server.

We need a "default" settings that get picked up by the server browser. That is why the old server was not used because unless we invited people, no one knew it existed

According to my searches procon should work with BF4.

i just tried my phone procon app and it fails to resolve the IP, might be an issue on work network though.

Whats the username and pass for the web front end?

Cool - give me a few minutes to rename it so that I can get playerstats tracked on gametracker for our server (for the server widget on our forum pages)
