Battlefield 4 preload and release

So battlefield 4 is upon is! However the Yanks get to play from 29 October... This happened with battlefield 3 too... However we managed to connect to VPNs and get the game on US launch.
Do you guys think that will be possible again? I wonder if the purchases are locked to the SA store or not?

I haven't seen the preload go available yet. So I don't think it's going to be the same as BF3. Our preload will probably only become available on Wednesday or Thursday.
