With another fantastic rAge having been and gone, with the hangovers now mostly having receded into memory (although I wouldn't be surprised if Pora wasn't still broken...), it's time for the bill to be paid.

All of the food and booze purchases over the weekend were made by myself, Sheri, Dry and Nomad. They amounted to a total of just over R5800. Not bad going team, that's a fair amount of consumption all round!!

Now, in order to be as fair as possible, I have created a table of rAge attendees, indicating whether they were involved in any (or all) of three specific sessions - Thursday day, Thursday night, and Saturday night, these being the main events of the weekend.

Before calculating the required contributions, I subtracted the current balance that we have in the fund (approx. R3800).

I then summed up the number of session/people, and divided the outstanding amount by the total, to give the amount that should be paid by each person for each session. This is pretty much the same approach that we followed last year.

What I have added to this years calculation, is a 0.5 weighting for people that (in my mind) didn't consume very much at a particular event. This includes Phatso and SJ who really didn't partake much, and Morph. Anyway, the table of attendance and requested repayment values are below, with a cost of R80 per session attended.

Please can I ask that everyone makes their payment into the slush fund as soon as possible, so that I can refund those who fronted the cash. Also, those who still have outstanding monies for their Shirts/accommodation please can you sort those out as soon as possible to.

I've marked Sheri, Lep, Dry and Nom as paid due to the fact that they contributed funds up front. I'll deduct your share from the refund. Nom/Dry, I'm not sure which of you bought the 2nd round of booze on Saturday, but you can sort out the cash between yourselves. I do need banking details for the refund EFT from one of you, and also from Sheri.

If I have left anyone off the list who attended, I apologise, blame it on the Gin and Tonic that I consumed, and add yourself to the list/contribute the relevant amount for the number of sessions that you attended.

As always, the requested payments are minimums, it would be great if you could contribute a little more in order that we can bolster the funds for next years' party, as well as clan running costs (server rental, website hosting, leader's salary etc.)
