Okay, as the man with the keys to the slush fund, I'm taking it upon myself to ensure that we have plenty to drink tomorrow night, the traditional 'surprisingly heavy' first night of drinking.

I'll be going to the bottle store tomorrow morning before heading to Heatherdale. My shopping list currently consists of:

Beer - assorted cases (any specific brands?)
Cider - Hunters Dry (12 bottles)
Gin - two bottles Bombay Sapphire
Tonic water and limes
Brandy - two bottles of klippies
Coke - 5 bottles
SoCo (aka Leelo party juice) - one bottle
Rum - 1 bottle Captain Morgan, 1 bottle Spiced Gold
Sprite - two bottles
Monster - 6 cans?

Any other requests. Please post here before tomorrow morning otherwise you will miss out.

I'll also look to pick up a load of snacks for the afternoon/evening - biltong/crisps/nuts. Anything else that we need? Should we have a small braai tomorrow rather than ordering n take aways? I could always pick up some boerie and rolls.

Boerewors - 4 packs
Rolls - 2 Dozen
Tomato Sauce - 1 Bottle
Butter
Charcoal and Firelighters

Note that this is predominantly for tomorrow night, we'll have to do another run before the braai on Saturday.

We will be bringing the shirts/hoodies through also.

What time are you guys wanting to start your party?

Boerie and rolls might work out cheaper than takeaways - but either sounds good. If you decide to braai, do you want me to see if the braai area is available or are you going to make use of the one by the self-catering unit?

If we braai I reckon we'll use the little braai by the self catering cottage. No need to schlep over to the main area, that's for Lee's Saturday night swim... :)

Onny, you want Glengrant and Tab?

i see everyone is throwing in booze orders, but not much comment on the braai...

Boorie rolls will be easiest and best. So ya lets braai. Get some worse and rolls and matto sauce and done.
