Well, I know he's had Mumble problems, so this is prolly a bit early.
But since he applied two weeks ago, the Vote should at least go up now.

Maybe we should let him know that we want a little more time to get to know him? Tell him that signs are good, but we want to get a chance to chat more with him on mumble and the shoutbox?
