IRONPIG1

So I have seen this guy IRONPIG1 (will get battlelog details at home) on the servers a few times.
First time I ran into him he seemed like a bit of a tool but the last couple of times he has seemed cool and not a tard. So maybe he was just having a bad day.
He also seems like a decent player he has a 2.5 KDR which I know doesn't neccessarily show your skill but he has bested me a few times. He is a ground pounder.
I am going to load him as a Friend and squad up with him when I can, just as a feeler, from that I will invite him to mumble

Nice one Paul - yeah - when i eventually get internet back up and running at home, I'll try get some doods recruited. . . . so frustrated without internet - even all my steam games wont load for some reason . .. meh

Well I think we need to check out his stats, chat to him a bit and get a few squad games in before anything can really be said about the guy. From what I know of him, he is a Metro junkie and is pretty good at it. Whether he can play other maps and work with other people is something yet to be seen.
If possible we should get that done this week because inviting guys to play on the squad rush tournament on candidate tags is a pretty nice offer to make and I think a great way to test someone out. If he agrees we have our 1 player for a third team.

Definitely, I won't say anything to him until I think he atleast has something to offer and isn't a tool. If he is a metro Junkie then that is not what we need or want

Has he shown any interest in joining the BF3 players in Mumble?
This is the first test. If not, he obviously has no ambition to join.

I haven't even spoken to him, this is the extreme initial stage, just thought I would put this out there incase you guys had any info
This is what I am going to do
1. Friend him and squad up with him as much as possible
2. If he seems to know his shit then I will try get him on Party Chat to see what he is like
3. If he seems keen and I think he is grrr material then invite to mumble and we take it from there
If he fails at any of these points then I won't pursue it any further
