Grrr Braai food and booze

Ok i have organized the food for the Grrr Braai

20 x Chicken Prego
20 x Beef Prego
20 x Borrie Pieces cut
20 Hot Dog Rolls
40 x Portuguese rolls
6kg Ribs for snacks cause they just so good.

Is this enough, i think its should be for 20 - 30 people?

This is from Sloane Meat.
The food will be ready at Lunch time on the Saturday for pick up, so please could one of the people not playing in the comp help with collecting it.

Do we need paper plates, knives and forks, napkins?
Salad maybe?

Total Cost: The lady will phone with it.


Booze:

I haven't ordered it yet, as need confirmation of amounts and types.

Do we need rented glasses?
An ice tub and ice?

Thanks, Tyger for organising the food. We definitely need paper plates and serviettes and a knife or couple knives to butter the rolls and if we are going to have salad then forks too. Are we happy that plastic knives and forks will do the job?

Didn't heatherdale have cuttlery? We need 1x Bread knife, 1 x meat cutting knife, couple of butter knifes and the rest can be knives and forks

I think plastic knives and forks are for the best. You know that Stu's not allowed metal cutlery.

@Paul - Heatherdale do have all of the the catering gear, but they will charge us extra if we're having a 'proper' party.

Fly, with 3633 knife kills behind your name... I would prefer if somebody else will provide the knifing... nothing personal...

Also, 8 litres of coke? WTF? Not all of us are alchoholics Tyger....
