OK, so let's try get all our costs together, I think the impressive volume of people attending is purdy much set, the next step being the cost calculations for everyone so that we can get this puppy in it's Kennel and chewing on the bone.

so i have a spot of bad news, the company that i work for is busy changing manufacturers. i don't know how long this takes, but i've been told that we cannot currently use them as our clients will take priority.
i'm sorry to have lead you guys on like this, i should have been told from the start.

Ony will we still be able to use the place you used last year?

I had got a preliminary quotation from the place that did our jackets and shirts last year but will let them fine tune it correctly now with the actual sizes. They will need to calculate the cost of the picture on the back too. Let me get the info to them and hopefully I will have a more accurate quotation in the next couple of days.

Regarding Accommodation:

I take it that I can go ahead and request them to quote me on the info in the list. They have space for us and the next step will be to pay a deposit. Will let you all know the costs and info asap.
