Okie Dokie... so I spoke to Fern Glen today and booked space for the people that have signed up so far. The total comes to R10,600.00 with a Key Deposit of R700.00 which is refunded after check-out.

IN ORDER TO SECURE THIS BOOKING WE MUST PAY R6000.00 (50% deposit plus Key deposit of R700.00) ASAP!!!

For your information
Suite can take an extra person as the couch in the lounge is a single
sleeper couch (no extra charge). So it will give a little flexibility.
The Apartment has a double bed and a single sleeper couch ( R75pn extra if
an extra person stays)
The Studio has 2 twin beds

It is quite nice that in case someone else rocks up last minute, there will be space for that other person in "The Suite". I've also attached the booking confirmation and the Pro Forma Invoice for your perusal. **Jarrod - banking details on attachment!**

I've spoken to Jarrod and he says we have R2200.00 in the slush fund to put towards accommodation. Therefore, we only need to pay between ourselves R8,400.00
I've worked out the price per person per night as follows: Total Value R8,400.00 / 37 (number of ppl staying over the time period) = R227.00 per person
So, each person pays R227.00 per night they are staying. Broken down as follows:

Jarrod = R681.00
Jono = R908.00
Lee = R908.00
Sheri = R682.00
Lep = R681.00
Dazzie = R681.00
Voetsek = R681.00
Phatso = R454.00
Geth = R681.00
Denis = R454.00
Odi = R454.00
U2M = R454.00
Jackal = R454.00
Fly = R227.00

Total = R8400.00 (plus we need the R700.00 key deposit - I'll ask a couple people to help with this.)

If he does leave, then we can cancel the one room I've booked and save R1000.00 total.
Fly can then crash on the couch thingy in The Suite.

No worries at all. As long as we have enough to cover the deposit at this stage, it's all good. And it seems that we're well sorted for that.
