I'l be there tonight but wont be there for Wednesday. Exams ;/

Well we have 11 guys keen now, one more and we have enough for three teams. Either that or we have to exclude one person and use the other two as reserves. I'd much prefer we run three teams and get everyone included than turn someone away. If you're on the fence about playing, give it some thought!

This is easy, people who attend the prac tonight or tomorrow get preference the others are most probably fence sitter. I say we have the trials over the next 2 nights from that the team/s is picked

There was a practice on Sunday and you, Tyger, J0nny and Cronos were not there. It was a practice. I have to give preference to the okes who were there. Just saying... I'm sticking with the principle that if you dont prac you dont play.

So you are right it is easy, you guys are the reserves for now :P but ya let's see who pitches for prac and make a plan from there to mix it up, balance the teams and get everyone involved #neverendingstory

Anyway there are no fence sitters in terms of the 11 signed up, everyone wants to play as far as I can tell. So when I said fence sitter I was talking optimistically about people not included in the 11 interested.

I think you're getting me wrong here man. I'm saying, it's not easy to fit 11 players into 8, but whatever I will do it and try my utmost to make everyone feel included and get at least two games in tonight.

How can I turn around to these guys and be like sorry thanks for coming to prac on Sunday but these okes missed the practice last week and now you can't play cos they are former Baggers. I understand there were reasons for not being there and I dont want to go into that, but see it from their perspective.

If you want to fill in for Russian tomorrow that's fine but I'm not letting you off the hook for tonight. I will rotate players in and out of the games we play tonight. At very least I want to have a 10 minute discussion with you and Tyger before the practice so please be there.

No dude I fully understand, the guys that have been at the pracs get the games, like I said I was away over the weekend and tonight I have drinks for a birthday so I am cool to fill in where ever is needed. If that just means filling in during pracs then I am cool with that.
