I know we have done initial investigation for Friday and Saturday nights, but what about the Thursday night? We normally have a few guys that check in then (travellers and others). Other folk then need to travel in on the Friday. Sorry if this throws a spanner in the works.

Good point Phatso but I think lets get the numbers so that Onny who is doing the research can find out if the places can accomodate the numbers, then we can look at the numbers per day.

I did make another thread so as to not contaminate this one regarding accommodation. Heatherdale has ample space for us so we just need to get the numbers in and the deposit sorted.

Depending on how many come on Thursday, i can sleep at least 3 that night.

Surely it would make to book for teh Thursday night as well? After all, that's when the party usually starts. And, with not having to stand in a fuck long queue to get in to rAge (assuming that we're in the comp), there's no worry baout the dreaded friday morning hangover...

Also, the other day I chatted to Hubris and Dryman. I don't know why they still haven't posted
They mentioned they are down with the jam funk if we play in the comp, otherwise will swing by for the braai. Guys, confirmation?
