I requested a new quote from Steve at Fleet Street according to those who confirmed are staying over (including those who are staying over from Thursday - Saturday as well as only Friday & Saturday) and it comes to R5475.

Skoup confirmed he'll stay Friday and Saturday. I haven't been able to get in touch with NoMaD or Hubris.


Edit: Onny, how long is the quote valid for? Is the space 'reserved'? If so, till when can we book it?

I haven't heard from Gravity, Baseline or Jackal yet. I doubt Greg will come and we all know Grav pitches up last minute
As far as Jackal, I've sent him sms's but no reply - so I dunno. We can't wait forever though and take the chance the rooms get booked by someone else.

So could you please go ahead and book the rooms as you stated in your last post? Also, please speak to Jarrod about using the slush fund for the deposit.
