I don't know how much the fund is going to contribute towards accommodation, QB needs to let me know what he wants to do.
However, I have paid the deposit for Heatherdale, which is 50% of the total. I suggest that maybe this should be the fund's contribution towards accommodation, meaning that it is up to everyone to deposit at least 50% of their accommodation cost into the slush fund before rAge.
QB, are you happy with a 50% subsidy? That will leave plenty of money in the fund that we can use to get everyone a T-Shirt, and still have lots left over for emergencies over the coming year.

I think that 50% is fair J.
The rest everyone who is coming pays the remainder. We can use some of the remaining money to fund the Saturday party and t-shirts.
