Last year, I broke the costs down into three 'sessions', two for Thursday, and one for Saturday. That way, the people that came later on the Thursday only contributed towards one of the two sessions.
is there anyone else that wants out of the pooled costs?
Correctness. We are bringing our own things to drink and I am quite willing and happy to contribute towards the food for Thursday. I am hoping we will make it back from our family function on Saturday night to join you all and I think my budget is able to manage it
