Welcome Paul and Odi!!! Very glad to have ya both on da team!!
@Phats: As the rest said, your machine should be running MUCH faster than 30FPS.
I'll also try googling for you for answers. What in-game graphics settings are you running in BC2?
If you don't come right, you are more than welcome to bring your PC here for Lep to try and sort out.
We have a friend that's also in IT and is a wonder at fixing problems too!

ACTUALLY practise is on MONDAYS - as lee said in an earlier post, and a mixed practise is on thursdays.
is there a reason that we have the mixed practise on the thursady and not the monday?

Yes, how's this reason:
