Any expenditure that anyone incurs in terms of getting stuff for the group at rage will be reinmbursed. Keep the receipts and give them to me over the weekend, with your name written on it for easy identification later.

After the event, I'll work out what everyone owes, based on number of sessions attended. Everyone pays that into the slush fund, and I reimburse all the contributors.

We have funds available in the slushy right now, so should anyone who'ss buying stuff in bulk (i.e. Sheri) want an advance to cover the costs, I can EFT it to you before Thursday.

How does everyone feel about this? This is what I've done over the last two years and it's worked pretty well. However it does mean that when you get your bill after the weekend, you have to all be good little grrbians and do those EFTs. Don't make uncle J Thang chase you for money. It makes him mean.

I'll buy my own stuff if that is alright. I won't be spending the whole of Thursday in JHB, nor do I drink any of the drinks mentioned.
The same goes for Saturday. Wood/ice etc I'm happy to contribute to.

I think that it is sufficient for Thursday? If we need more beer, we can always do another beer run Friday/Sat.
I have the cash for the booze but will just need to be reimbursed before end of October.

Dante, that's fine if you want to stay out of the group funding. Mark and Odi typically do the same. What about food though? You going to bring all of your own?

Last year, I broke the costs down into three 'sessions', two for Thursday, and one for Saturday. That way, the people that came later on the Thursday only contributed towards one of the two sessions.

It's the group alcohol that I won't be partaking in. Will bring my own drinks.
