Its actually only R25. You need to be on iOS 7.. I am still noobing iOS 5 yo!

I dont think procon for mobile is supporting BF4 yet.
Sorry guys been away.
Hubris that config will show the commanders disabled when its on any mode other than conquest.
Tonight when i get home i will write up the info on plugins and such.

I set up some plugins on the server: Multibalancer, Spambot and LatencyManager. You can download these for yourself here:
https://forum.myrcon.com/forumdisplay.php?13-PluginsTo install plugins, put them into your PROCON plugins directory (some files in BF4 folder). You then need to connect to the layer server. Turn the layer server on and just go with default settings. Now reload the plugins and bam!
I've configured each of them off the top of my head, so give some feedback on any changes to be made. I'm not 100% sure whether each admin needs to install or if it's now available to all but that will become clear in a day or so.
We may need a change control session on TS just to get consistent settings among all admins.

The latency Manger was setup, so the setting should of come across for you.
I turned off the spam bot cause it said from random player all the time.

We now have a stable plugin mix to run on the server. Dry, Tyger and I are all running the same plugins and settings. As long as one of us has Procon open at once, the plugins will be applied. If no one is running Procon, the plugins stop. To get a hosted layer server we need to pay Gameservers $2 USD per month per server. I think it's worth it, but we need to talk about it and see if it's affordable.
I've noticed that near the end of a round, players will ragequit to avoid a loss and this often makes it seem like the autobalancer is not working. I looked into the settings for the multibalancer and we do need to make a change to ensure that the balancing applies throughout the round. Under section 3 - Round Phase and Population, late phase needs to read: "Slow, Adaptive, Slow". It's the last setting in the section.
We also need to update the player number for each game mode section to 40 - I see a couple are wrong. They're the first line of each mode section. So probably another session with all of us together to straighten it out. Eggy we need to set you up when you're next on TS.

Agree we need to get Captain Casho JAyThanG to order the ProCon Layer server to go with our gameserver account....well worth it - it will mean the plugins then run on the layer server so are always in effect - and $2 is nothing for the added functionality. I don't think we even need to ponder it.

Agreed. Lets do this.
This does bring up the topic of money and although $2 is very little, please remember that your donations to the slush fund make things like this possible.

Okay so it's December, we need to get this Procon layer server going before everyone vanishes and we don't have basic stuff running on the server. This is the link we need to follow to make the order
https://my.gameservers.com/order/add.php?action=add&procon=1There is a 1, 3, 6 and 12 month subscription package offering 5%, 10% and 15% for packages over a month respectively. I think a 10% discount on 12USD for 6 months could be wise but it's up to you really, it's all prepaid. We don't really know how this is all going to pan out tbh so maybe avoid the 12month sub.
Since there's been a lot of qq on the server about stacking, I made some adjustments to the balancer to force even distribution of [grrr] players on each new round. Obviously if you join on someone or if someone rage quits it could be unbalanced, but I think it'll help cap the issue.
There is another function we can enable to try and balance the teams in terms of score during the round by trading a strong player for weak - not just via scrambling at new rounds. It would mean more team swopping - which I don't like - but it may help, let me know what you think.
Remember once we get a layer we will have our preferred slots system working (probably) and it will make the admins life a lot easier as one instance of settings will be accessed by everyone instead of finding time to copy pasterini on TS. I'm sure Skoups will come back if he has a reserved slot.
Dry and Eggman both want access to this thread if possible? I'm kinda playing broken telephone with them
