Re: Sunday 29th January : RFH or some other suckers

Guys, please forgive the tone of this message but I'm really reaching the limit of what I can achieve with the team as things stand. There are some valid points here raised from all, but its not getting us anywhere. The simple reality is RFH outshined us in every facet of the game. The million dollar question is, of course, why. I'm not going to debate the details here, but it's important we clear the air with some facts.
RFH confirmed the game at 6PM on Friday evening, maps were confirmed at 2PM on the Sunday. I had started arranging the game the week before already (RFH were slow). We have strats for those maps as we played them before. We had most of our big guns and some of them were coming back from obscurity. We had players drop, but that was just shit luck. The summary is everything that could go wrong did, but we have no excuse except those for losers. This is failing as a 12 man team captain included.
The reason RFH thumped us is that each and every single one of their players desperately wants to play and is thinking about how to improve themselves and the team for the DGL. Every possible aspect is run through (not for play play, for real) and optimised well before they play. We don't do this at all. Some real ideas were put forward in game (great), but by then it's too late to be implemented well and we inevitably disintegrate into an embarrassed puddle of dipshit ass clowns.
This idea that you can sign-up, go to the forum, mumble or the public servers for an hour to be "serviced" with strategy, tactics and map-skill by the captain is a piss poor joke! There are good reasons for one person writing up strats etc. and it is useful to an extent, but it's all premised on the commitment and input of players. We seriously lack that in terms of having all our boys when we want them and having them wicked. We have a consistent line-up, we just need consistent players.
If we continue the direction we're going, we get absolutely butt punished in every big match of DGL. I don't know about you, but I don't want to taste my own ass again no matter who or what is to blame. We know whats wrong and we're capable people, we can solve our problems. Let's get online, streamline our game and drill our plays until we get our pants on so fucking tight it hurts. Boys, we need dedication, we need practice and we need them NOW!!
Some serious soul searching to be done. If you want to convince the team and I that we have what it takes, come to practice on Wednesday night and DRILL DRILL DRILL. Dedicate a 1/2 hour a day to thinking about BF3 in terms of strategy, tactics, squadplay or map-skills for the team, then the player. At the very least, you will become more excited about the game. If you have an epiphany, please share it with us at the practice. Let's lift ourselves and lift each other.
There is no sign up, our first practice will show us first hand whether we have what it takes to put a team into Premier or not. We all know about practice, but we're never online. We all have reasons to be somewhere else - thats not a team. Right now, you chose: are you fooling yourself and everyone else with your sorry dried up excuse for a scrotum - or - are your minerals dripping for a motha fuckin face sitting??
It's understood some guys work in the evenings, but apart from those with fixed schedules lets make a plan to keep Wed/Sun as free as possible! Grand Bazaar and Seine Crossing: 5 min chat, 5 min strat session, 5 min walkthrough, 15 min drills in each map hotspot, 5 min chat. All in about an hour. A 1, 2, 3, 4! PUMP IT UP! PUMP IT UP! PUMP IT UP! OH PUMP IT UP! PUMP IT UP! PUMP IT UP! UP AND DOWN! AAAAAALLL AROUND! A 1, 2, 3, 4!
