Winmount mounts ISO's, but doesnt do SecureROM and all that other hackware

What will happen this evening however is that I will reinstall Win 7 64bit and see if I get any further with that!

ok so I deff think its hardware as now this is what I get on start up!
and this is the the image that is continuously displayed.
What I will be doing is now that I have a BOX and upgraded PC I'm going to put away for a entry levl gfx which should do me fine for the next couple of months.

That doesn't look very good. Did you reinstall Windows?
The fact is that the GPU was working just fine while it was in Lee's PC. I reckon the only thing that could've happened is that the card was damaged in transit. Maybe the cooler is separating from the GPU or something.
I assume that you've tried connecting the monito to the other DVI connetction on the card?

Have you tried a different screen?
I know it may be a noob question, but are you sure the screen is 100%?

yes Screen is 100% tried the second DVI connector and I get the same result... Unless it is just flook that this occurred!
not too sure what else I can try! these images start from b00t now, previously it was only from in game...
