Daz I suggest if by 16:00 we haven't confirmed then tell them it is off just makes it easier

Hi All this week has been mad! And I won't be back form my martial arts class I instruct until 21:30Pm and I have a conference call scheduled for 22:00PM

I was all over the place. Sorry! This was probably the worst game I have ever played. My performance was Kak.

So the good news is we could have won the game, the bad news is we should have won the game.
From my perspective I died a lot but a lot of the time it was when I was reviving and that helped us keep a flag so I would like to think it was not a waste.
Skoup and I had a nice long chat on the shout box yesterday afternoon and what he said is absolutely true. The reason we are not reaching our full potential is for two reasons
1. We don't have a core squad, we are swapping out 3 or 4 players each match and so we are not getting used to each other and each other's roles, strengths and weaknesses.
2. Communication, I think each match we are improving but we are not there yet, I also think this is a symptom of not having core players.
I noticed this because each round we started off badly but finished off very well. Unfortunately it was always too late to make up the ticket difference. So the main problem it would seem is that it takes too long for us to get to know what our role is and what our teamies are doing.
For example, in the first round I found that I was not effective in battle for some reason so Mega almost switched roles with me, he would pwn, if he died I would clean up and revive him and we would move on. This worked very well but we were already 60 tickets behind. It shouldn't have taken me that long to figure it out but because this is only my 3rd BC2 clannie, it did.
So let’s not get disheartened, let’s just try focus on having a more consistent team and working on our communication. I am sure we will then see 100% improvement. I think there are only 2 or 3 matches left so we can use them as training for the next leg
