getting the prices on saturday.

Doing pork ribs Dry spice and wet BBQ sauce.
Beef fillet - Dry rub
Lamb chops - mint dry rub.

I will make a sauce to compliment the meat.

In my head I'm picturing giant heaps of lamb chops and fillet and ribs. Poor bastards who have to take Rusty's this year...

Hi lads,

I got the prices.

Lamb chops R89.99 p/k
Pork ribs R64.99 p/k
Beef fillet R94.99 p/k

I would need a little bit extra cash for spices.

Now for sides, I will go to family food market and get some rolls and some sauces and butter.

Salads, I do not know who is keen for this...I can bring my gas stove and we can make a potato salad on the fly.

I am going to make a cheese sauce for every one. So you can have a beef fillet cheese sauce roll.

I would like some help with the sides...cous cous salad... I don't think people drinking would want salad.
