I guess we have no choice...
Shame though, that self catering unit was good for making coffees, storing beer etc. Also, the first year, we had the grrr braai outside that room. Of course, as long as the lapa/pool area is available for the braai, we should be fine.

I know :/ but I am sure we can make a plan between the rooms we have booked and like you said, the lapa area is there for us to use.

Onny, please can you make the booking, and then let me know the total cost and the deposit requirements.
I'll then let everyone know the contribution that they'll have to make. @Lee, ja you can pay directly into the Slush fund, just put your name and 'Rage accommodation"on the EFT notification so that I can track payments.

I have made the booking and the amount is : R11 520 and works out to R360 per person per night
50% for deposit = R5 625
I will PM you their bank details, Jarrod as I am not sure if that has changed since the last time you paid them.

Okay, the deposit has been paid. This means that the Slush fund has covered 50% of the cost for everyone's accommodation, but we now need everyone to please pay in their portion of the costs, as follows (based on R180 per person per night):
Staying for 3 nightsLee - R540
- PaidPhats - R540
- PaidJarrod - R540
- PaidStu - R540
Cronos - R540
Dry - R540
Skoups - R540
Staying for 2 nightsOnny - R360
Mark - R360
J0n0 - R360
Russy - R360
Please, pay the monies into the slush fund ASAP so that we have the funds on hand to settle the difference with Heatherdale from the fund. I really don't want to have to chase people on these payments.
For anyone who doesn't already have the slush fund details (i.e. those who don't make regular monthly contributions to the clan fund...) you can find it all here:

Bumping this. Have the remaining guys made the payments?
I understand that its a lot of moneys going through at once (jacket, accom, ticket), but we can't let this sit just on the slush fund/J's shoulders if he needs to front the cash.
If not, I imagine the deposit atleast been made to secure?
