Ya, go go go.

Who is gonna design the patch, and where we gonna get them made.

Was think we should have a standard grrr tbag logo patch, and then we get a patch made for each year and event, so for this year we would need the logo patch, and a rage 2012 DGL patch.

thoughts?

I think that we were hoping that Lee would put the artwork together, and then Denis would get them made.

As for the patches themselves, I think that what you've proposed is the bare minimum...

- GRRR Squad clan logo - large, on the back of the jacket
- Rage 2012 patch
- Founding member scroll - small text scroll given to all ex-clan leaders
- Baggers 2012 - small patch for all members of the 2012 baggers team

On top of those, I figure we could get special achievement patches made for any significant achievement of any clan member. Possibly include other games played with other clan members, team captain, team manager, top chimp, etc.

I also thought that it might be cool to get a clan leader badge that the current clan leader can wear. Obviously a badge rather than a patch, so that it can be passed on to the next clan leader at the end of tenure.

or maybe a drinking hat/helmet for the clan leader....

Good ideas there too. I guess the point of having a jacket is that we'll be able to add whatever patches we like, whenever we like. So the list can be pretty small now, but at any time we can have a run of patches and give them out to members.

I stayed away from BF3 ranks because they change so much. However, we may want to consider clan ranks, that would change a lot less frequently?

Lol i was kidding about the bf ranks.... that a little to far in to the kingdom of geek for my liking, but hey some might want it.

another idea is membership time.... ea 1 year badge, 2 year badge maybe or the clan ranking idea is also cool

I assume these are fine for women to wear too even though they are men's jackets? I don't mind looking like a man if the jacket is a cool one with patches on.
