Re: Practice Game V TE

Last night we played poorly, we were too worked up EXPECTING a win. Our approach as a team was wrong and this cost us.
Every time we have lost there is a general BAD attitude running through the team. When i say bad i mean wrong attitude. I am know i am to blame too... i get over excited.
When we win, we are relaxed, and all know what to do.
In this regard Hubris, the build up to the game for me is a big problem.
Information overload. I have spoken to you about this before.
You have sat and thought about everything from your point of view, and then you try an convey that across in fine detail.
Its too much.
Non accurate Example:
"Ok so you guys are gonna take B from the start, but then i want 2 of you watching this path and you must make sure to look there and put mines because we need that locked down, but you must be sure to watch the front as they coming fro there. there is that spot that you must watch and shoot from don't forget about, and if they coming from that other side then there si that spot and then you must shoot from the other spot and then put mines if they down because we need them there too and if the apc goes down then you must be ready to flank around from the side and shot him, but don't leave B undefended, cause then they can come C and get in easily, so watch that C route, maybe flank around to check whats going on at C and shoot from that side in that spot....."
The above is just a silly example, but it is what's happening before the game. It makes me for one confused, and confuses the issue.
These kinds of things we must discuss at practice only.
Once we at game time. Everyone should know what they doing on the map. If they have questions, or concerns then they raise them with you.
Going though it all like that is counter productive, confusing, and contributing to the wrong approach in my opinion.
If we are going to go through it as a reminder, it must be high level, ok you guys go to B, we go to C. That's it!
This is my thought. I am not sure what everyone else thinks on it.
