Alrighty folks... gonna change things up a bit.
We need to know who plans on attending rage and then who needs accommodation.
Therefore, assign yourselves (if not already there) to one or both of the following:

Heatherdale Pr0n All-Stars (AKA Need a place to crash at rAge):

Additionally, we need to look at travel arrangements. Some of our members require transport (unfortunately, the whole 'beam-me-up-Scotty" thang hasn't been perfected yet". Therefore, we know the following:
1. Lee needs to get his booty here from Durban.
2. Odilicious needs to get here from PE.
3. Jono, Jarrod, ArseNphlegm, Daz, Voetsek, Greg and Mr.Mega (and his name isn't down yet, but I assume Skoups) need to haul their asses to Joburg.

Us Jobergers just need patience with the traffic to Randburg.

Soooooooo! Its easy to assume Lee and Odi will either fly or drive here. I need to know from you Capetonians who has the means to transport okes or if you dare flying with your preciousssss 'puters.

Lastly, I need someone to motivate these BBH okes to post!

Dragonne, I did post something you just missed it.

I would be driving up again from Cape Town, and will most likely be taking a trailer again so I should be able to pack one or two more computers in for somebody else from Cape Town.

If there is not enough space at Heatherdale, then I could easily arrange alternative sleeping arrangements for myself.

A guy named Henry phoned me today from Heatherdale (seems they are under new management).

I requested an invoice for the following which he sent to me today:

- accommodation for ±16 people which includes the 2-bed self catering and 2 double rooms - from 30/09/2010 - 04/10/2010.


This is just to get a very broad and rough idea of how much it will cost us all to stay there:

Breakdown as follows:

2 X Twin Exec suites @ R880 per day (incl. breakfast)
7 X Single Std. rooms @ R580 per day (incl. breakfast)
1 X Twin Std. room @ R800 per day (incl. breakfast)
1 X Twin Self-catering @ R1150 per day (incl. breakfast)

= R 31 080

50% deposit to secure booking.
Balance settled on arrival.
Cancellation 0 to 14 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit Cancellation.
14 to 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit Cancellation more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit Non Arrival / Premature departure 100% of the total accommodation cost will be payable.
