Hi All,
We had a clan admin meeting yesterday about Grrrage 2017 and what seems to be poor interest in sleeping over at a venue. With the poor interest we can’t get a place to book as we need to book majority of any place to justify the noise we would be making etc.
Therefore QB has graciously agreed to host the event again this year (Thanks QB!).
With this change, the only worry is that people travel safely. Believe the lot from PTA can book an uber together, which will help.
The plans for the weekend is then as follows:
Friday Eve:
We all get together at a venue in Pta for dins and drinks (PTA contingent can advise on the best place)
Sat Morning- Lunch:
The morning we will have a paintball/speedball event that should run till lunch in the Northgate area.
For this to be a possibility we will need, think a minimum of 10 people? I will put up a separate thread to confirm numbers. The aim would be to cover this as far possible with the Slush fund. So please can we get as much people to attend as possible?
Sat Eve:
The normal braai/ beer pong/ banter/ rage vid (will be streamed this year)
