SO guys, download a program call VPNace.
once installed and your trial is up and running, connect to a US server. It is very simple to set up.
Make sure origin and battlelog is closed before you join the network.
Connect US -----> Launch Origin ------- Launch BF4 from Origin -------> disconnect from VPN --------> Play
if you dont disconnect you get lag because you are then routing back to SA from the US.
also you have to repeat this step everytime you close Origin. It does not permanently activate BF4.
