1. Listen to Slippery duck, you don't want 1000 interpol crap, unless you have a seriously well tweaked system. Don't get bog down by bull.
2. Ignore the fact that you can get like 20 button mouse, unless you actually gonna learn to use them, don't bother.
3. Ignore mouse weights, and rebalancing, marketing ploys only.
4. Wireless mice does introduce additional latency
5. you can bet your bottom dollar that the battery will run flat as you are on your best ever kill streak
There are a lot of good mice out there, depends on your hand size / preference what you want to get. I prefer my logitech mice, I have been through several of the G5, or G500 and the G518 series. They fit my hand well, but I do have small and delicate hands...

I think that's also down to preference, I play with a very sensitive setting and found that adding the heaviest weights gave me a better feel.
I didn't buy the mouse for the weights but they help. It also makes my wrist stronger so I can get a better grip on my
squash racket.
